Overview

The client managed complex project portfolios funded at the contract level but faced limitations in standard D365FO, which only supports budget tracking at the individual project level. This reduced financial visibility and increased the risk of budget overruns.

DAX delivered a custom enhancement to enable funding limit tracking at the Project Contract level.
