Overview

The organization required an automated PTO solution tightly integrated with project approvals, timesheets, and payroll. Standard D365FO capabilities did not support end-to-end PTO workflows with automated reversals and payroll alignment.

DAX designed and implemented a fully integrated PTO management solution within D365FO.

Scope

Developed a PTO request portal for employees
Configured project-manager-based approval workflows

Implemented reversal logic for PTO cancellations
